Dr. Nash was born and raised in Dickinson, North Dakota but spent most holidays and breaks visiting family in Butte, MT. She studied human biology and played volleyball at the University of Montana for two seasons before transferring to play and finish her degree in zoology at North Dakota State University in Fargo. She received her doctorate in Optometry from Pacific University in 2016 and went on to complete a residency in Ocular Disease/Primary Care at the Raymond G. Murphy VA Medical Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Her residency training focused on both the common as well as uncommon ocular conditions with a specific focus on Glaucoma including involvement in a 10 year research program.
Following completion of residency in July 2017, she and her husband, Jake Rauen, were married in Butte, MT and moved to Lewistown. She has always had plans to practice in Montana and is excited to finally be back in the Big Sky State. In her spare time, she and Jake enjoy attending local sporting events, traveling to see family in Butte, and spending time outdoors. They look forward to being able to take advantage of the hunting, fishing, hiking, and skiing that Lewistown and all of Montana has to offer.
