Optical Assistant

Job description

We are looking for someone who has a passion for style and fashion. Experience not required but candidate must be professional in appearance and demeanor with high ethical standards. Candidate must be detail oriented.
Job description includes but is not limited to:

• Helping patients select fashion eye wear to fit their needs
• Adjusting and minor repairs of eyeglasses
• Meeting with sales reps and ordering inventory
• Optical department is fully computerized
• Sales experience is a plus - We will train the right candidate.
• Occasionally assisting doctors in a clinical setting.
