|Our careful and gradual return to care: To ensure a safe environment, we are heeding state and federal mandates and taking many precautions including: Staff must take their temperature before work. Patients are screened by phone before arrival to assess their risk factors. Providers, staff, and patients must wear masks. Patients are asked to bring a mask or face covering. When they do not, one is provided. Temperatures are taken of all patients and visitors upon arrival. Strict hand hygiene is practiced, and surfaces are regularly disinfected. The number of individuals in any given space is reduced to allow ample social distancing. Unless there is a true need for a caregiver, accompanying guests are asked to wait safely in their car.|
